I’ve been a customer of the company for a year, and my recent experience was very disappointing. The subscription auto-renewed for $400 without any clear reminder on my part. I didn’t receive the renewal notification emails (I checked every folder), and as soon as I noticed the charge, I canceled the subscription and contacted support right away — within minutes, before using the product. Despite this, the company only offered a 50% refund 'as a one-time exception,' even though I had no intention to renew and acted immediately. I understand auto-renewals, but most reputable companies provide full refunds when a customer hasn’t used the product and clearly didn’t intend to renew. This experience makes me reluctant to recommend the company to others. I’m sharing this to inform future customers about the strict, non-refundable renewal policy and the lack of flexibility, even with immediate action after an unintended charge.
