My experience with this service was incredibly disappointing. I've never faced such a negative situation in my years of online shopping. They took my payment immediately after I placed the order, generated a shipping label, and then failed to deliver the table and chairs. After six weeks without any updates or delivery, I reached out and they falsely blamed the shipping company. Their story changed again, claiming issues in their production facility which would delay it for another two weeks. When I tried to cancel and request a refund, they insisted on a 15% post-production fee. I was never informed about being in production or any delays. I had to reach out myself, only to be misled and told to "be patient". Don't expect to receive furniture from this service. You will only encounter delays, dishonesty, and burdensome policies that seem aimed at taking your hard-earned money and time.
