Extremely Disappointing Experience

Dealing with this service was incredibly frustrating. I've never encountered anything this negative in my years of online shopping. They took my payment right after I placed the order, created a shipping label, and failed to send the table and chairs. After six weeks of waiting, there were no updates on the tracking number. When I reached out, they falsely blamed the shipping company. Their story changed, claiming there was a problem in their production facility and it would take another two weeks. When I requested to cancel and get a refund, they insisted on a 15% post-production fee. I was never informed about being in production or any delays. I had to reach out myself, only to be misled and told to "be patient". Don't expect to receive furniture from this service. You will only encounter delays, dishonesty, and burdensome policies designed to take your hard-earned money and time.

Adore Duraweather Furniture

I love Duraweather furniture and have six of their Adirondack chairs as well. They are weatherproof and definitely durable! They were delivered in just a few days. This charming little table was a great addition to our deck.

Unbelievable Business Practices

Update 12/10/2025: Good luck finding the manufacturing plants in the Midwest. There are no registered addresses or business filings for the company. What can be found are import documents showing they have imported outdoor furniture from overseas suppliers. These records date back to at least 2025 and involve shipments to their headquarters. Interestingly, my order eventually shipped from a location far from the alleged manufacturing sites. I doubt these chairs are made in the U.S., which complicates delivery dates. This may be misleading and might be a point for resolution with the relevant authorities. Just my opinion, but I will find out soon.

Good Quality but Poor Delivery and Response

This was our second order with the company. Our first order of gliders was great, and we loved the chairs. However, I agree with those who said the assembly instructions were lacking. The second order has been frustrating. We ordered around 9/7/25, were charged on 9/8/25, and received a notice that a shipping label was created. When I contacted them about the delay, they stated they had until 10/25/25 to ship. I understand that, but we were supposed to receive the chairs by specific dates and have not heard back from them after multiple follow-ups. This has been one of the most frustrating experiences and I just want to cancel and get a refund, but I am unsure of my options given their restocking fee policy.

No Parts Delivered, No Response

I ordered two folding chairs; one arrived fine, but the second was missing pieces. I contacted the service immediately and was told they would ship the parts. Now, eight weeks later, still no parts, no email responses, and they don't answer the phone. I reported this to the relevant authorities. Updated: We have not received any communication since 9/2/25, and there has been no response to our request for a credit and UPS call tag to return the broken chair.
