This was our second order with the company. Our first order of gliders was great, and we loved the chairs. However, I agree with those who said the assembly instructions were lacking. The second order has been frustrating. We ordered around 9/7/25, were charged on 9/8/25, and received a notice that a shipping label was created. When I contacted them about the delay, they stated they had until 10/25/25 to ship. I understand that, but we were supposed to receive the chairs by specific dates and have not heard back from them after multiple follow-ups. This has been one of the most frustrating experiences and I just want to cancel and get a refund, but I am unsure of my options given their restocking fee policy.
