I ordered two folding chairs; one arrived fine, but the second was missing pieces. I contacted the service immediately and was told they would ship the parts. Now, eight weeks later, still no parts, no email responses, and they don't answer the phone. I reported this to the relevant authorities. Updated: We have not received any communication since 9/2/25, and there has been no response to our request for a credit and UPS call tag to return the broken chair.
