Dealing with this service was incredibly frustrating. I've never encountered anything this negative in my years of online shopping. They took my payment right after I placed the order, created a shipping label, and failed to send the table and chairs. After six weeks of waiting, there were no updates on the tracking number. When I reached out, they falsely blamed the shipping company. Their story changed, claiming there was a problem in their production facility and it would take another two weeks. When I requested to cancel and get a refund, they insisted on a 15% post-production fee. I was never informed about being in production or any delays. I had to reach out myself, only to be misled and told to "be patient". Don't expect to receive furniture from this service. You will only encounter delays, dishonesty, and burdensome policies designed to take your hard-earned money and time.
