Where do I even begin? Since I can't rate this experience zero, I have to give it one star. We arrived today, December 20th, around 4:30 AM. We tried multiple times to check in quickly through the automated machines, but they were overwhelmed. Waiting about 1.5 hours just to check in is unacceptable. Then we faced another hour at gate control. We reached gate A33 at 6:51 AM, only to find the shuttle bus still there with people onboard, but we couldn't board due to safety procedures. We weren't called over the speaker, and it was clear we weren't the only ones facing this issue. The flight to Alicante took off at 7:35 AM, but there was no room for my spouse, my mother-in-law, and our three small children. I don't mean to be rude, but the service is much better in other places I've visited than at this airport. Management, why should I even consider flying from here after this experience?
