Avoid this airport by all means! Just use another airport in Germany.Terrible airport! (If they let this guy work here and treat people like this)The security guy that takes the bag to put it in the machine was weirdly rude! He spoke German to me and I told him I don’t understand German and please speak English! He didn’t care and continued in German. When I was putting my bag in the box, he grabbed it suddenly and took it by force from me. Then I told him “why are you angry man”? Then he started acting more weird and rude! The staff was a tall bald guy in his 50s!Don’t get me wrong! I love Germany and Germans and I have had some amazing customer service experience here in the city but not airport!
