I've always enjoyed the coffee, but I was let down by the rude service I received. The staff member who took my order seemed disinterested and barely awake. When I received my medium coffee, it was only half full. I considered going back but didn't want to create a scene. The long lines and unhelpful staff made it worse. This occurred on a Sunday in Denver.
