I was a client of the service for three years, and this is the second time I’ve faced serious issues with them. There was a problem with my credit card, which I quickly replaced. Instead of charging the updated card or reaching out properly, the service simply failed the payment and canceled my insurance policy. When I contacted them, they misled me by claiming they would make a 'one-time exception' — but then told me to create a new policy. That isn't an exception. If it were, they would have reinstated the policy they canceled due to their own error. Claiming to offer special exceptions that don’t actually exist is dishonest. After being a loyal customer for years, I was treated poorly and without consideration. Extremely disappointing experience. I do not recommend this service to anyone expecting transparency or respect.
