I was a client of the service for three years, and this is the second time I’ve faced significant issues with them. There was a problem with my credit card, which I quickly replaced. Instead of charging the new card or reaching out properly, they failed the payment and canceled my insurance policy. When I contacted them, they misled me by claiming they would make a 'one-time exception' — only to instruct me to create a new policy instead. That isn’t an exception. If it were, they would have reinstated the canceled policy. Claiming to offer nonexistent exceptions is both misleading and dishonest. After years of loyalty, I was treated poorly and without regard. This has been an extremely disappointing experience. I do not recommend this insurance service to anyone who values transparency, respect, or fair treatment.

I was unable to cancel the insurance policy. The hotline is unhelpful and automatically ends customer calls. I emailed them, and they only replied that the only way to cancel is to call them. I do not recommend this service.
They require TWO MONTHS notice to cancel, and it's impossible to speak to someone on the phone. When I called for assistance, they told me, 'You can do that yourself on the dashboard.' I previously had a much better experience with another company, which was friendly and helpful. This has not been a good experience, and I do not recommend them. I look forward to returning to my previous provider.
I had been paying a low rate until it suddenly increased significantly. The payment was initially refused because our budget was set at the lower rate. We've never used the renters insurance, so it's just been money given to the service. When we tried to cancel, the process was frustrating. They claimed we had to cancel through the website, but then it said we needed to contact them. We've written, emailed, and called, but all we got was, 'You’ll have a 9-day grace period to renew!' We don’t want to renew, as this feels like a bait and switch tactic. They disguise this as convenience, but it results in variable rates. In the end, you'll pay the same as you would at any other agency, but at least the rates will remain stable for a year. Their customer service is lacking!
