They claimed we had to cancel through the website, but then it said we needed to contact them. We've written, emailed, and called, but all we got was, 'You’ll have a 9-day grace period to renew!' We don’t want to renew, as this feels like a bait and switch tactic. They disguise this as convenience, but it results in variable rates. In the end, you'll pay the same as you would at any other agency, but at least the rates will remain stable for a year. Their customer service is lacking!
