I ordered a dehumidifier, but it failed to work from the beginning. The support team offered no advice and directed me to contact another branch, which was difficult to reach and unhelpful. The retailer refused to accept a return after numerous emails and calls, even blocking my IP address. Now my bank is attempting to recover the funds. A second unit was ordered elsewhere but was also faulty. At least the returns process was smooth this time. I will not purchase from this brand or retailer again.
