Faulty dehumidifier and poor support experience

I purchased a dehumidifier that didn't function from the beginning. The support hotline offered no useful advice and directed me to contact the company directly. They were difficult to reach and unhelpful. The retailer refused to accept the return after multiple emails and calls, even blocking my IP address. Now my bank is attempting to retrieve the funds. I ordered a second unit from a different seller, but it was also defective. Fortunately, the returns process was smooth this time. I will avoid purchasing any appliances from this brand or the retailer in the future.

Heaters work well, customer service lacking

Great products with some bumps in the road

The company offers great products, but I encountered a few issues. I ordered a radiator, but it was out of stock and promptly refunded. I then ordered a different model with next-day delivery, but received a dehumidifier instead. Since it was a weekend, I couldn't address the mix-up immediately. After some communication delays, the situation was resolved smoothly, with the correct item delivered. Despite the initial confusion, I found the company pleasant to deal with and would consider purchasing from them again.

Received a used product

I ordered a new heater, but it arrived in a damaged box with broken seals, and the heater had fingerprints on it. The remote was carelessly placed in the box, and the manual was creased, indicating it was likely a return. I’m very disappointed, as this is not what I expected from a premium brand.
