Initially spoke to Richard over the phone, who immediately prioritised my toilet needing a replacement pan connector & made arrangements to attend my home the same day i placed the call. 48 hours later, after Bob, one of DW plumbers tradesmen, who arrived on time, with the correct equipment & very polite and professional manner, always removing his shoes to walk through the house after returning from the company vehicle, my pan connector was fitted & the bathroom left looking clear & tidy. No damage & all carried-out in less than 2 hours, which was good considering the amount of waste that had to be removed during the process, plus additional parts purchased from a local supplier to complete the job.
