the annoying unskibble computer talking !!!! the waiting times over over an hour for them to put the phone down !!! also if the dwp gave the option off using email then people wouldnt have to sit everyday waiting for the postman as it takes years to send and recieve letters to them ..... the dwp phone system is extremly bad for mental health and that music makes things much worse ..... never do i feel as much anger as i do when im trying to ring dwp
