Do Not Use

I ordered some curtains and had a text saying it would be delivered. I was at work so used the text service to divert delivery to the following day when I would be at home. This was ignored! When I returned home later that evening, I had an e mail saying it had been delivered! The parcel was nowhere to be seen, I checked with neighbours and no one had taken receipt of them. I tried to contact them several times and got the usual voice mails, there is no one you can speak to it is awful. I was worried as the parcel was worth £170! Later that night my husband advised me to check next door, and bingo, the parcel had been left there!! My neighbour commutes for long spells and the property is empty until the weekend and this was Thursday! It was left in full view of the street, no one had signed for it, just dumped ! with no notification to me where it had been delivered to !!! I have emailed them as I would like a verbal apology but 4 hours later I am still waiting. I have also got in touch with the curtain company as I am due to have another delivery soon as I DO NOT WANT to use this company ever again, so I am trying to see if they can send by an alternative courier. I have never experienced anything like it! Absolutely dire. Please avoid at all costs!!
