Once again, they failed to deliver

Once again, they failed to deliver as promised. This isn't the first incident; I hope my delivery isn't damaged as it often is. If I had a choice, I wouldn't use this service.

Extremely frustrating experience

Extremely frustrating experience, easily the worst I've had in years. Supposed to deliver for a certain retailer. Two claimed delivery attempts were made, with a note supposedly left. This was completely false as I was home all day. The third attempt today was missed, and the time slot expired an hour ago. When I called for assistance, it just directed me to the website, which is unresponsive.

Frustrating Delivery Experience

I don't understand why the driver passed my house without delivering my order! The time slot was from 7pm to 9pm, yet the driver returned the items to the depot at 8:36pm. It's hard to believe this happened. Management clearly needs to improve.

Consistently disappointing delivery service

Consistently disappointing delivery service. Scheduled for delivery, only to be told to reschedule. They are entirely ineffective and not reliable. I will avoid any retailer that uses this courier as they are untrustworthy. I reached out to a reputable company that unfortunately relies on this service and shared screenshots of the numerous negative reviews, suggesting they consider alternative couriers. I feel they are let down by this unreliable service, which I believe will result in lost business for them. A very poor choice in courier.

Why not deliver to my home?

Why drive past my home without delivering what was ordered? The time slot was from 7pm to 9pm, yet the driver returned items to the depot at 8:36pm. Unbelievable. Management clearly cannot manage effectively.

Completely unacceptable service

Completely unacceptable service. They do not come to your home for pickups. I sat in my living room all day and they never showed up. Totally dishonest and unreliable.

Seven days waiting for a parcel

I have waited seven days for a parcel from a retailer using this service. Despite receiving a tracking number and time slot, my parcel has not arrived. I won't be using either again.

Avoid at all costs - utterly unreliable

I would rate them lower if possible. I've been waiting for a delivery that has been scheduled and rescheduled about seven times. Each time, the driver claims to have attempted delivery while someone has been at home. Today was the last straw. We tracked the driver, only for him to falsely claim no one was home. No delivery attempt was made, and no card was left. I doubt the driver's honesty. I've tried to contact the service multiple times to complain, but no one answers and emails go unanswered.

The absolute worst delivery service!

I've received daily messages stating a driver will deliver my parcel. I wait for him, only to see the tracking go offline and then indicate the parcel has been returned to the service center. This has happened daily for six days! It claims out for delivery only to be returned. Today, the driver seems to be moving further away, making it unlikely for him to deliver again. No one answers the phone. This is truly beyond unacceptable! If you're a business using this service, please terminate your contract immediately. A courier that cannot deliver should not exist!
