Absolutely Abysmal! DISGUSTING SERVICE

Received notification to say my parcel had been delivered to myself but had no knock at door all day or card, checked with neighbours , no joy. Spent what seemed like lifetime on "live chat " although after waiting 20 minutes between each reply I was convinced the operator must have died, only to be told, yes we have lost your goods but its not our problem you need to contact seller. I asked for proof of delivery to be told no they could not give to me. They could not give a toss. Absolutely appalling customer Service!
