I approved an energy switch through the service on 22/12. However, from that date until 1/1, my WhatsApp and email inquiries went unanswered. The support team contacted me once on 1/1 to say they would take action, but as of 3/1, I still have not received a contract or any clear updates. The concept is good, but the communication and follow-up have been lacking.
