I approved an energy switch through the service on 22/12. However, from then until 1/1, my WhatsApp and email inquiries went unanswered. The support team reached out once on 1/1 to say they would take action, but as of 3/1, I still have not received a contract or any clear updates. While the idea is promising, the communication and follow-up have been disappointing.

This is an outstanding application! It allows me to easily track my expenses, manage subscriptions, and save money effortlessly. I really enjoy the service provided; I've saved over 400 Euros in the last two years. My contract was changed without my approval. They provided an overview of the cost reduction and their commission if I accepted the changes, but I selected the option to not proceed due to personal reasons. They ignored my choice and moved forward anyway, even misspelling my name and changing my email to an incorrect one. I called to cancel my subscription with my provider, but they said they couldn't because I had committed to a year-long contract. I never authorized this change, and I was informed that my contract was altered after I had signed up elsewhere.
