I approved an energy switch through the service on 22/12. However, from then until 1/1, my WhatsApp and email inquiries went unanswered. The support team reached out once on 1/1 to say they would take action, but as of 3/1, I still have not received a contract or any clear updates. While the idea is promising, the communication and follow-up have been disappointing.
