Review Time
Their customer service is awful and they only tell you lies! I've been waiting for some process to finish. At first everything looks good and they ask you to write a good review in order to proceed, but after you do that they stop answer. I am tired, this is the third time I am trying to reach them and solve my problem.
I may reconsider my rating once the funds are back in my account. I'm frustrated that despite canceling my membership in November, I was charged again in December. Please ensure my membership is canceled, as I want no further involvement with this service.
