Extremely disappointing experience

I ordered a fridge, and the delivery experience was utterly unacceptable. The first attempt was a disaster — they claimed we weren’t home and said they called, but we were there all day with no missed calls. The second attempt was even worse. The couriers were rude and dismissive, and when they saw the stairs, they outright refused to carry the fridge up. At one point, they even dropped it intentionally. Their behavior was shocking and aggressive. They took photos of the fridge but blocked us from doing the same. This is the worst customer service I've ever encountered, and I would never use this service again.
