I placed an order over 2.000, only to receive an email about a sorting error, and I still haven't received my order. I was given an option to choose a delivery date but didn’t select the fastest option, yet when I was home, my order still didn’t arrive.

I ordered a fridge, and the delivery experience was utterly unacceptable. The first attempt was a disaster — they claimed we weren’t home and said they called, but we were there all day with no missed calls. The second attempt was even worse. The couriers were rude and dismissive, and when they saw the stairs, they outright refused to carry the fridge up. At one point, they even dropped it intentionally. Their behavior was shocking and aggressive. They took photos of the fridge but blocked us from doing the same. This is the worst customer service I've ever encountered, and I would never use this service again.
They provided a poor time range for delivery (from 8 to 22). In the late morning, they said they would arrive between 18 and 21. Then a connection issue on their end blocked the tracking. At 18:40, I received a message saying they’d arrive at 19:15. It’s now 20:40, and no one has shown up or notified me.
This service overloads couriers with too many deliveries in a day. As a result, couriers refuse to wait for customers to open doors and won’t carry items up more than one flight of stairs. Avoid this service at all costs. After leaving a review, they ask for more details, but it’s a waste of time. They’ll just say the couriers did a bad job, and you didn’t read the fine print during your order. This service mistreats its couriers and offers low pay, forcing them to take on more deliveries than they can handle. Customers don’t receive the service they expect, and the company benefits financially while neglecting its workers.
The driver lied about the customer not being home. We saw him approaching on the tracking page, so we waited outside, but he never showed up. He didn’t contact us and just drove away. We received other deliveries that day without issue, and this behavior is completely unacceptable. After reaching out to the company the next day, I still have not received any valid explanation or solution. If possible, avoid this service.
After contacting their support service, I was told they would call to schedule delivery. However, they never called and canceled the delivery instead. While waiting for a call, I was directed to contact the manufacturer due to their cancellation. This has resulted in extra work for me with no assistance from them.
