Same experience as so many others here. Delivery window was indicated much wider (past midnight!) than originally scheduled. Tracked the driver on the map until the driver reached the neighbouring village. When the driver was supposed to be at my door minutes later according to sms, all of the sudden the car is driving in the opposite direction and then disappears from the map. Just got a message stating that the delivery is not possible anymore today and that I have to make a new appointment.. what a waste of time!
