Dynalogic driver did not attempt delivery, by the end of the appointment window I received a message that "I was not home". Calling Dynalogic accomplished nothing - I asked if they can turn the driver around, they said they'll check and call me back. They did not. Four hours later I called again and heard that the driver was done for the day so there's no way they can deliver today. They offered that they would tell the driver to call me before attempted delivery, so I thought that's at least something. Then I checked the email they sent with a confirmation of the delivery window, and it turns out they write that there would be an attempt to contact me before a delivery anyway, which has not happened today. Each call costs 0.45 EUR/minute, and there's a 5 minute waiting time, so you are going to pay with your time and money to deal with Dynalogic.
