I contacted the support team regarding my missing package. The representative informed me that there was nothing he could do and suggested it might have been stolen. I just know I didn't receive the order I paid for. When I asked to speak to someone else, he mentioned he could escalate the case, but even if he could refund me, it wouldn't be possible due to the order amount. I don’t understand why that matters; I still paid for items I never received. It’s the seller's responsibility to ensure orders are delivered, and as a first-time customer, this is unacceptable. The company seems more interested in taking money than caring for customers. I regret not reading negative reviews before making a purchase.
