It's quite frustrating that returns can't be handled independently and require contacting customer support. It took over 72 hours and several attempts to finally get a return label. This feels untrustworthy and guarantees I won't shop here again.
I contacted the chat support on the website regarding my missing package. I spoke with a representative who informed me there was nothing he could do and suggested it might have been stolen. I have no knowledge of any theft; I just know I did not receive the order I paid for. When I requested to speak with someone else, he mentioned he could escalate the issue but couldn't process a refund since it exceeded $200. I don't see how that affects me; I still paid for the item. It’s the seller’s responsibility to ensure I receive my order, as that is a consumer right. As a first-time customer, this experience reflects poorly on their customer service. It feels like the company is more interested in taking money than helping customers. I wasn’t informed that orders over $200 wouldn’t be refunded, which seems unreasonable. For a well-known company, their lack of concern for customers is disheartening. This situation has made me hesitant to shop with them again, and I wouldn't recommend them to others either, as they seem indifferent to order issues. I wish I had seen the negative reviews before placing my order.
The customer service was great, but my order from November 25th was lost, and I couldn't get my items. When I tried to reorder, one item was out of my size. The support team refunded me, but I'm still disappointed I didn't receive all my items.

I've shopped at this retailer for years across various locations, and I return because the clothing is genuinely great. The quality is solid, fits are usually reliable, and styles are perfect for work. Their online shopping experience is generally excellent. However, I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 due to inconsistencies in the in-store experience. Depending on the location, staff may either ignore me or pressure me into purchases. Returns can also vary: some associates are wonderful, while others take too long to process items, even when they are new with tags. The return policy requires processing returns before repurchasing, which is frustrating. This retailer could improve significantly if the in-store experience matched the quality of their products and online service.
There’s significant room for improvement in customer service. From the moment I entered, no one approached me, even though I had multiple items to try on. In the fitting room, I was merely given a space without any inquiry about my name or the number of items. I also waited 10 minutes at the register since only one person was handling cash, despite there being several staff available.
