My experience with this company has been dreadful. They took money from my account twice using my card details, and there's no one available to help me get it back, leaving me without money for the week! There's no customer service to speak of, and no phone number to call for assistance. I now have two policies and no funds left. Please do not purchase from this company; it's incredibly frustrating!
