MAJOR SCAM : I purchased European breakdown cover online (14 Feb), but never received any documents/policy number, despite the money being debited from my bank account. I cannot go through the website as it says it can't find an account with my email address and I have no policy number to use as an alternative. NO phone number unless I breakdown (dealt with by a different company) as the number they provide tells you to go onto the website! Sent THREE emails to admin and one to sales (no longer in use and redirected to sales!) and all have been ignored (got a read receipt for one of them) Having read the reviews, I have told my bank to put a stop on any further payments (eg autorenewal) and raised a dispute with my bank.
I had two vehicles on breakdown policies for a year through a comparison site. We didn't need to use the service during that time. When the renewal cost came in, it was over double from the previous year, so I decided to switch to another provider for a similar cover at a lower price. I opted out of automatic renewal and informed the company. I received an email expressing regret about my decision. However, on the renewal date, my account was charged for both policies, and additional products were added without my consent. I tried to contact the company by phone, but every option led me back to their website for online changes. Cancelling before the expiry date incurred excessive fees, and I couldn't reach anyone in customer service. We’ve now had to involve our credit card company to dispute the charges. I can’t comment on their recovery service as we didn’t need it, but their administration and customer service are extremely poor and concerning, especially since they debited my account without permission and added extra charges.
The policy was renewed with increased costs, and additional services were added without my consent. After canceling within a day, I received only £28 back from a £141 payment! This company is a complete joke. They send out three different renewal emails, making it easy to overlook the extra charges. I advise steering clear of this service, especially since they don't even provide a customer service number.
Avoid this service! I've been paying for phone insurance for two years, and now my phone is broken. I've spent two weeks trying to reach them for assistance. I've called, sent emails, and used the portal as instructed, but I've received no response. It's a total waste of money.

It's frustrating that one person can’t be respected in this situation. Please, do not buy from them—if you need help, they just send a link! What if you have no internet access?
I was not pleased to be charged a fee greater than the actual policy cost for not sending a photo of my dashboard, especially since all the requests ended up in my junk folder. It was unfortunate timing with the holiday season, leading to an influx of junk emails.

I strongly recommend avoiding this company! After making a purchase, you must have your breakdown verified, which is not mentioned upfront. If you decide to cancel your policy, you won’t receive any refund, meaning there’s no cooling-off period. It feels like a money grab, and you can't even discuss issues with the company over the phone; everything must be handled via email. Save your money and steer clear!
I strongly recommend against using this service. I submitted my car's dashboard reading twice to activate my breakdown policy, but both attempts were rejected without any explanation. They then asked for an additional fee, and even after canceling my policy, they deducted money without providing any service. This feels fraudulent, as they took my money without delivering what was promised.
