Terrible service with no support

This service has been a nightmare. They charged my account twice because they had my card details, and now I can't reach anyone to get my money back. I’m left without funds for the week and there’s no assistance available. I strongly advise against making a purchase from this service—customer support is nonexistent! There’s no phone number to call and address the issue. Now I’m dealing with two police reports and I’m out of money, while the company remains protected. It's frustrating that one person can’t be respected in this situation. Please, do not buy from them—if you need help, they just send a link! What if you have no internet access?
