I ordered a bedframe on May 24th for $2208, and my credit card was charged right away. The website stated that shipping typically takes 1-3 days but could extend to 1-2 weeks. Three weeks later, I received a second email response after numerous attempts to contact them. The first email indicated materials would arrive by June 1st with a shipping date in about 10 days. The second email, a few days later, stated the shipping date would be in October. I was offered a refund, but they remain unresponsive. They do not answer chat or phone inquiries at all, and emails are futile.
