Justin was great! He called me before the appointment to provide me an estimated arrival time and he was there as expected. When he arrived, he found out what the problem was from me and he investigated. Explored everything he needed to, showed me the problem and explained everything to me once it was sort. He took time to make sure he had done everything he could to help reduce the need for me to call again. Justin did not cut corners he was very polite, efficient and kind.
