Absolutely disgusting company. I've been trying to make a complaint for a week almost and no one will help me. Asarsha was just rude and he was so not helpful with no compassion at all. Made it out to be my problem. For all the money that was spent these people are a no go.
Customer did all the work in preparing the site. Took 3 hours to cap and divert hot water pipe. Took all the parts removed from our pipework without asking. Plumber didn’t wear overshoes. Wanted the money before the plumber had completed without asking if customer was satisfied. Customer had to sort out heating as limited water left in system.
The plumber Bradley that Dyno-Rod allocated to us to do our repair did a super job. He explained the repair required and carried it out in an efficient capable way. We are very happy with the work that he did.
Lewis was great, very professional and thorough in sorting out our problem. Explained the process to me and showed me what was going on under ground. He’s a credit to Dyno-Rod.
Excellent service. Easy to book over the phone and quick response to blocked drain. Jake explained what the issue was and rectified it , then used the camera to show me that all pipes were clear. A thorough service and Jake was polite and courteous throughout. Definitely recommend.
I had my first experience with dyno rod yesterday 16.2.2026 my appointment was booked last week online for a tap issue the wait time was from 08.00 am to 18.00 their was to no call or message to say that they were delayed they just never turned up , i called this company about 15.30 with no joy about anyone turning up to repair issue wasted a whole day from work unpaid and all they said was talk to the local dyno rod in Hitchin
