Paid £650 up front for 4 hours of service.First hour the plumber just did all the basic checks that have already been done by my local plumber & the water companyThen plumber told me where he thinks the leak is. I suggested he actually find it. Which prompted him to call his boss, and then came back from the call saying he would deploy the gas pump.Gas pump detected the leak in the front garden. I was then informed I would need to pay another £650 to actually get it fixed. This leak detection could have been done in an hour. Feel ripped off, and am searching somebody local now to actually fix it.
