Jordan came this afternoon to carry out some work further to British Gas completing my annual boiler service. What a star! Polite , pleasant guy had rang to let me know he was on his way, and from coming into my home to leaving he got on with the job In hand ; he took the time to explain what he was doing and why. Even tightened my water valve which British Gas guy had left loose and it was dripping! Then tightened another valve!all before he commenced his own work! He never complained and was professional toward British Gas at all times! What a credit to your company!
