Dyno Rod were brilliant on a previous burst pipe but then a leak was detected that we had to pay for ourselves and what a nightmare.They sent in various engineers and we have paid over £710 for the leak still to be there and even having an engineer asking for an hairdryer so that the sealant would dry quicker when after was told by a senior engineer that the shower must not be used for at least 48 hours. I have contacted British Gas who own Dyno Rod and all they want to pay is compensation of £150.Do not use them they con you out of money and then when the job cant be found just leave and make an excuse they are going to sit in their van until their manager starts and dont see them again.I will be contacting a consumer affairs programme on local radio stations/Local and National Papers and Ofgem.Disgusting service!!!!!!!
