Allan visited me today as an emergancy call out....he let me know when he was 30 mins away, was polite and so friendly from the get go. The leaking pipe took ages to locate, but Allan didn't just destroy ceilings/flooring to find it, he took his time and worked out where each pipe in the vicinity was coming from and eventually tracked it back. The repairs were top notch and information about possible knock on effects invaluable.
