Phoned and within 2hrs had an engineer at the door. Full review of drain condition including visual inspection with camera after an independent contractor had only been able to clear partial blockage as more specialist equipment was needed. Tony spent time to explain what was causing the issue with our drain and the condition of the join where the clay had cracked.
