I was attended by Jack today to fix a cistern that was leaking into the bowl. The cistern itself was encased in tiling, supplying a floating toilet.Jack arrived promptly, was polite and friendly and explained what he would be doing. Once completed, Jack showed me what he had replaced and explained how it had failed. Great work, polite and professional service. Thanks Jack!
