Initially my first appointment wasn’t great! Waited in all day, engineers stuck on another job. Eventually arrived at 4.30pm but the work couldn’t be done due to one thing or another! The work had been booked initially via British Gas & on the day communication was “0”. However, whilst the engineer tried to reschedule we asked for a quote for a bit of extra work…due to our heating system having to be drained to do both jobs! This he gave & it was booked in then to complete with my current rescheduled job.Because this extra work was being paid direct to Dyno plumbing….communication went from “0” to “9”. Calls on the day, txt on the day, engineer called on his way…job was completed by George K, very thorough, tidy & helpful…. Nearly at my house for 3hrs 45mins! Job done! Maybe I should have gone to dyno plumbing first instead of British Gas!
