Customer did all the work in preparing the site. Took 3 hours to cap and divert hot water pipe. Took all the parts removed from our pipework without asking. Plumber didn’t wear overshoes. Wanted the money before the plumber had completed without asking if customer was satisfied. Customer had to sort out heating as limited water left in system.
