The styling tool is just 13 months old and still under warranty, yet I'm seeing black marks where the styling tools are added, possibly burn marks. I tried to book a service through online chat, but the representative scheduled me with the wrong service center and gave an incorrect return address. I’ve spent over an hour trying to resolve this issue with no progress. It’s incredibly frustrating that this is the level of service provided when you invest so much in their products. This experience has soured my view; I expected better integrity and support from the company.
