I ordered a fan and tried to cancel right away while the order was still 'processing'. The staff initially confirmed they would request the cancellation but later stated it was 'not possible' until after delivery. After some back-and-forth, I was informed they would open a cancellation ticket and instruct the courier to mark it 'return to sender', promising updates via SMS/email. However, the item was delivered anyway. To make matters worse, they acknowledged my current address, yet their email confirmed delivery to an old address I had clearly marked as outdated. Their message then stated they were 'unable to process' the return/cancellation because it had already been delivered, contradicting their earlier written assurance about return-to-sender and refund. This is not a premium customer experience; it’s chaotic, inconsistent, and a waste of time for customers. If the company can’t cancel an order that hasn't been dispatched (or can't stop a 'return to sender' once initiated), they need to improve their systems and stop making promises they can’t keep. I won't be purchasing from this company again, and I advise others to reconsider as well.
