Compared to my older fan, this new version is not as quiet as advertised, and the materials feel cheaper. While it looks nice and is lightweight, the mismatched cable color is puzzling. The internal customer support is subpar. Paying significantly more for a product should come with better service, yet I had to repeat myself multiple times without resolution. After finally reaching an Australian representative, my query was resolved quickly, but the overall experience was frustrating. I may consider other brands for my next purchase.
