Beyond TERRIBLE service despite spending close to $700My wife placed an order through a Dyson online agent, they sent it to a completely incorrect address this was noticed immediately by my wife when she received the receipt.My wife spoke to an online agent immediately after receiving the receipt who couldn't correct the address. My wife then called Dyson customer service who updated the address, she then asked the agent to speak to a supervisor (Melissa) who confirmed the delivery address was updated and correct. The supervisor Melissa was kind and even followed up the next day to confirm that the tracking number was updated and going to the correct address.The problem was today when my wife received a failed delivery because of address for Dyson and the product was now getting sent back to their headquarters in Sydney. My wife spoke to Dyson today and spoke to the supervisor Angela, who repeatedly addressed my wife with a different name. I'm not sure if she was new or just unprofessional. Angela's solution was for us to wait for the package to be delivered back to Dyson headquarters in Sydney and they will send it back whenever they receive it. She told us that she can organise new tracking for our item that was getting sent to Dyson headquarters? Not sure how this helps us in knowing when we will receive our package. As there was no customisation with this order, I suggested to Angela to send a new product to us directly express she advised that Dyson do not offer express shipping and that we will have to wait an extra 3 to 5 business days because of delays for Dyson to send a new product.When I asked Angela if I could speak to someone in a higher position above her, she deflected by saying there's no point because she's already raised a tracking request, for the product to be sent to Sydney, which again makes no sense to the consumer.***UPDATE*** A couple days later Janet contacted my wife and immediately had a new product shipped directly to us, without making us wait for the original to get to the warehouse. It was then delivered VERY quickly!
