Best customer service everI contacted Dyson customer service to replace a broken part of my vacuum cleanerInitially they were going to send it free of charge because the part was out of stock with an ETA of 2-3 weeksA few days later they contacted me again to let me know that there were delays in their stock shipment, so they offered me an exchange with a brand new machine I posted my old vacuum straight away (they paid for delivery) and I received the brand new one less then 2 weeks laterHonestly I’ve never received a better customer service than this
