I contacted Dyson customer service at Central World, Bangkok, Thailand, and initially I received a response. However, very quickly they started filtering messages and simply stopped replying.
It feels like the company distances itself from responsibility, leaving customers with unresolved issues. Furthermore, it seems that after purchasing a product, there is no one to turn to.
I don’t understand how a brand that presents itself as premium can operate this way – this kind of customer experience damages their reputation and disappoints customers. Personally, I will no longer purchase Dyson products.
