I spent 30 minutes in live chat with both an AI and a representative who seemed to mimic AI behavior. After providing all necessary documents and photos, they ultimately informed me that my issue wasn't covered at all. Their warranty fine print is ambiguous, allowing them to deny coverage for nearly everything. It's frustrating and makes me question the value of their products.
